I’m not sure if you read our local newspaper the Las Vegas Review Journal, but I had an opportunity to give my thoughts on what to expect this year in real estate market.

Believe it or not, in December of 2021 the median sales price is the exact same as December 2022 ($430,000).  The median price in December of 2020 was $345,000

Median sales prices are almost identical for condo/town homes, and high rises as well.
